The ARCOS implementation process is a well structured project approach that ensures an efficient, on-time configuration, delivery and deployment of each customer’s ARCOS System.

The process facilitates a collaborative discovery, analysis, design, validation and scheduling discipline managed by certified project management professionals at ARCOS, Inc.

  • Project Implementation Guide: The Project Implementation Guide provides a comprehensive implementation roadmap for each ARCOS Customer to document their business rules, resource allocation, and callout practices. With the assistance of ARCOS, Inc. Project Managers, a complete discovery process is conducted that enables the configuration of each ARCOS system. The Project Implementation Guide is a structured workbook style document with descriptions, examples and action items that guide the implementation process.
  • Implementation Workshop: 2-day onsite customer session. Includes a complete review of the Project Implementation Guide. Callout experts work with the customer to determine configurations, business processes and bargained agreements.
  • System Walkthrough: 2-day customer session. ARCOS presents the customer with the QA system complete with training on testing and operating procedures. After this training session, the customer thoroughly tests the system to confirm compliance with their requirements.
  • Train-the-Trainer: 2-day onsite customer session. ARCOS conducts in-depth system training for key personnel. The objective of this program is to provide those key personnel with enough knowledge to teach the ARCOS solution to other users within your organization. Processes, procedures and the overall use of the system are covered in the employee training. Once the customer trains its employees, they are ready to begin using ARCOS for callouts.
  • Custom Training: 2-day onsite customer session. A custom training program is created for the customer, based on the specific needs of the company. The program is designed to teach any number of employees about the topic of the customer's choice. This training program is designed for companies that may have training needs not covered in the traditional training program offered at this time.
