Mitch McLeod

Mitchell McLeod, Chairman and Founder

Mitchell McLeod is chairman and founder of ARCOS, Inc. His focus is on the company's long-range business plan and overseeing the firm's executive committee. Before becoming chairman, McLeod was president and CEO from 2006 through 2011. Prior to founding ARCOS in 2005, McLeod was president and founder of McLeod & Associates. This consulting firm specialized in the design, development, implementation and support of complex software applications for Fortune 1000 companies, state and local government. In 1997, McLeod & Associates designed and successfully implemented its first Automated Crew Callout System. This proprietary software eventually became ARCOS (Automated Roster Call Out System). In 2005, McLeod founded ARCOS, Inc. to provide ongoing development, customer support, implementation, training, marketing and sales services for the ARCOS System. Under his leadership, ARCOS, Inc. has become the industry standard for automated crew callout.

McLeod began his career with the Department of Defense as a cryptanalytic mathematician. While with the department, he was awarded four Special Performance Awards for exemplary service on mission critical projects. In 1990, McLeod joined AT&T Bell Laboratories in Columbus, Ohio, and was the team leader on the Conversant Certification Team. While staying in the voice processing field, McLeod created and managed a software development department, which designed and implemented voice applications in a service bureau hosted environment. McLeod pioneered the first Periphonics VAS System, which included thousands of voice ports networked to multiple Sun Sparc Servers. This was the first large scale system ever architected and successfully implemented.

McLeod has a master's degree with honors in software engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Bowling Green State University.

 
Bruce Duff

Bruce Duff, Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Duff is chief executive officer of ARCOS, Inc., a position he was promoted to in 2011 succeeding ARCOS Founder Mitch McLeod. As CEO, Duff directs the strategy and direction for the company's nationwide operations. Duff joined ARCOS in 2008 as the company's vice president of sales. Prior to ARCOS, Inc., Duff was vice president of sales and marketing at Wirefree Corporation. At Wirefree, he was responsible for the market introduction and sales of the company's wireless family of products. Before Wirefree, Duff was vice president of Hondros College, a career entry college focusing on the financial services, real estate and allied health industries. Prior to Hondros, Duff spent 23 years in the global enterprise software market focusing on learning management system (LMS), electronic document management, electronic data interchange (EDI), relational database systems and web management technologies.

During eight years at Pathlore Software Corporation, an LMS and eLearning provider, he served as senior vice president of International Business Development, chief operating officer and vice president of marketing. Before Pathlore, Duff spent 10 years at Information Dimensions, Inc., as vice president of sales and marketing and in 1995 launched the first Web-based document management system. Duff spent three years as vice president of marketing and sales with Foresight Corp., a supplier of EDI and Internet technologies focusing on insurance, hi-tech and retail organizations.

Duff holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in international marketing from the "Thunderbird" School of Global Management.

 
Molly Koch

Molly Koch, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President

Molly Koch joined ARCOS, Inc. in November 2009 as the company's chief financial officer. In 2011, ARCOS promoted Koch to executive vice president and CFO. As executive vice president and CFO, Koch provides senior leadership and coordination of the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

Before ARCOS, Koch spent more than a dozen years as president and CFO of a Hilliard, Ohio-based company. During her 30-year career, Koch has been a treasurer and vice president for a publicly held real estate development company, a director of finance and administration with Ernst & Young and an auditor. She is a graduate of Muskingum College and a certified public accountant.

 
Mitch Chapman

Mitch Chapman, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

Mitch Chapman is Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of ARCOS, Inc. He began working with ARCOS, Inc. as a Software Engineer with McLeod & Associates in 2001. Mr. Chapman is the manager of all IT staff. He is responsible for maintenance and reliability of internal network and infrastructure. For the ARCOS application, he oversees the system architecture and technical strategy and planning, plus supervises all ARCOS programming and ensures the performance and reliability of the application.

After receiving his Bachelors of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Purdue University, Mitch began his career as an Audio Engineer for Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California in 1996 through 2001.
