ARCOS is hosted at a world-class facility at two of the Qwest Tier-1 hosting facilities. The primary system is located in Columbus, Ohio. This facility includes physical security, network security, redundant power generation, Internet backbone connectivity and more. The ARCOS infrastructure has a data back-up location in Chicago, Illinois, which provides a warm back-up in case of primary system failure. The Qwest facilities are SAS 70 Type II certified.
