The Fast 50 award recognizes Central Ohio’s emerging companies across all industries for their growth and performance over the past three years.
Honorees for the 12th Annual Fast 50 were chosen from nominations received by Columbus Business First magazine. In-depth company financial information and analysis were used to compile the rankings.
According to Columbus Business First President and Publisher, Don DePerro, "Our Fast 50 honorees represent the backbone of our economy — fast moving, nimble companies that are entrepreneurial and quick to market. They are creating seven out of every ten new jobs today, and I wouldn't want to think about where our economy would be without them."
The ARCOS, Inc. team received their award with the other honorees at the October 18th Fast 50 luncheon held in downtown Columbus. Ohio’s Lieutenant Governor Lee Fisher provided the keynote address.
Reflecting on the efforts required to earn such recognition, it was obvious to me that it was truly a team effort. First and foremost, you, our clients, have shown faith and confidence in the ARCOS, Inc. team. The feedback and ideas that you share with us allow us to be innovative, constantly helping us improve our business.
Many of our internal best practices were the direct result of our clients sharing their best practices with us in order to help us improve and grow the business. Our product direction and innovation is the direct result of your collective input and ideas. This collaboration creates a true win-win proposition.
The dedication and customer care provided by our staff has also allowed us to deliver top-notch customer service and support. We are constantly making efforts to “work smarter, not harder," which allows us to be “lean and mean” and facilitate controlled growth.
One of our core values says that growth should not be at the expense of our clients — we need to value those that have helped us achieve our goals. I think we have held true to that credo and will continue to operate by that belief.
Many of you have seen the motivational poster stating that “Success is a Journey, not a Destination.” We are very proud and appreciative of having such great clients and staff leading the expedition.
