ARCOS, Inc. welcomes Avista as a new customer that promises to improve callout and notification efficiency using ARCOS' proven crew callout solution.

Avista was founded in 1889 as The Washington Water Power Company and is headquartered in Spokane, Washington. It provides electricity to 340,000 customers and natural gas to
300,000 customers. Its primary market area covers more than 30,000 square miles and operates and manages energy generation, transmission and distribution facilities in four western states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.

The implementation workshop was held on February 19-20 in Spokane and a go-live plan is set for mid-March.
