In cases where there are business rules, reports, new functionality, or system integration required that are not offered with the ARCOS base system to meet customer needs, the ARCOS Customization Services group works with the customer to define requirements, design, implement and support the new capability. Each customization project results in the incorporation of the new functionality into the ARCOS overall base system to enable ongoing testing and support.
