The ARCOS crew callout system provides benefits to several users across the enterprise including: Executive Management, Labor Relations, Operations Staff, Field Employees and IT/Security.
Interactive webinars give customers a first-hand look at crew callout services
The program’s goal is to provide more information to customers about each month’s ARCOS release ahead of deployment, to assist customers in their testing efforts and their ability to disseminate change information to their users.
Prior to the inception of the webinar program, customers were made aware of upcoming changes through an e-mail notification system. The notification listed the upcoming changes and provided a brief description of each change. The monthly updates webinars pick up where that notification leaves off, demonstrating the changes in an online web-demo setting, providing a before and after picture of the ARCOS system in some cases, which may be worth more than a thousand words.
