Batched Reporting Overview: Automates the generation and distribution of standard and customized ARCOS reports. Users can schedule the day and time for preferred reports to be sent to inbox.Usage:

  • Daily recap reports to supervisors: “what happened last night”
  • Monthly reports to spot trends
  • Semi-annual reports to HR for performance reviews
Closest to the Trouble
(CTT)		 Overview: Uses GIS to call the closest available employee to a trouble address. Greatly reduces emergency response time. Use employee home address or GIS coordinatesUsage:

Crew Management Overview: Manage, schedule, and report on crews throughout the dayUsage:
