Mr. Bolin is a member of the private equity Foundation team and serves on Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform. Debbie Peterson is ARCOS' VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Debbie brings over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, functional roles and company stages from small startups to multinational enterprises. Debbie specializes in catalyzing key people, process and systems improvements to help fuel company growth, innovation and collaboration, particularly in times of rapid change. Debbie has a BS in Marketing from Jacksonville State University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Bret Bolin joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016. Mr. Bolin is a member of the private equity Foundation team and serves on Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform.
