Mr. Bernard brings nearly 30 years of experience driving innovation and growth acceleration for enterprise technology companies. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CallMiner, where he was responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy around AI-driven customer insights and intelligence. Prior to CallMiner, Mr. Bernard held executive leadership positions at ExaGrid Systems and several other technology companies, including EqualLogic (acquired by Dell) and Care Insite (acquired by WebMD).
Lindsey Artman
Chief Product Officer
Lindsey Artman holds a Ph.D. in Earth System Science and started her career as an environmental scientist. Lindsey has experience at all levels of product management from strategy to execution to product operations. She helped launch and rapidly grow a data analytics platform for the energy industry and was most recently the leader of a portfolio of products for minerals management at Enverus, a large SaaS company focused on Energy. Lindsey has B.S., M.S., and Ph.D degrees in Earth System Science from Stanford University.

Chief Sales Officer
Chief Sales Officer Frank Iannotti's 20-year career spans enterprise sales positions for high-growth software and Fortune 500 companies, including Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and Dunn & Bradstreet. Prior to ARCOS, Iannotti held senior leadership positions with CommerceIQ, FourKites, and Procore. Frank lives in the Atlanta, GA area and he loves to remodel and flip houses in his spare time.
Jeremy Chandler
Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy Chandler is the Vice President of Finance at ARCOS, where he is responsible for the finance and accounting teams. Before joining ARCOS, Jeremy served as the Corporate Controller at HBD Industries, Inc., where he helped them build a shared services accounting team, implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, and streamline multicompany financial close and reporting. Jeremy graduated with a double major in both Finance and Management from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio and earned his MBA from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio.

Shrilata Ganna is a seasoned customer experience leader with nearly 25 years of expertise in post-sale customer functions across diverse industries, domains, and Enterprise B2B solutions. She has led global teams at Majesco, Delinea, and Vendavo—establishing customer engagement strategies, driving transformation, scaling operations, and guiding organizations through M&A integrations. Shrilata holds a Master’s in Computer Science from NJIT and brings a strong technical foundation to her customer-centric leadership.

Yelena is responsible for overseeing the engineering team, setting the technical vision for the company, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. With a robust background in software engineering and technology leadership, Yelena brings over 20 years of experience to her role, having spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives across the technology sector in education and finance industries. Outside of work, Yelena enjoys life in the Baltimore suburbs with her husband and two children.
Cassidy Gaertner
VP of Marketing
As VP of Marketing, Cassidy Gaertner brings nearly 20 years of broad technology marketing experience in the construction, engineering and public sectors. Cassidy is responsible for enhancing brand visibility and driving growth across the ARCOS portfolio. Based in Colorado, she spends her free time enjoying the great outdoors with her family.
Dov Rosenberg
VP of Corporate Development
Dov started his career as a software engineer, but now enjoys helping to build products and companies by identifying solutions outside the organization. He joined ARCOS in 2021 to lead the company’s strategic partnership and acquisition activities. Dov brings to the role 15 years of innovation and strategy background, as well as corporate operations and technology experience – as a partner at two early-stage venture funds and through C-level roles in several small and mid-market companies.
Kelly Homan
VP of People Operations
Kelly Homan is the Director of People Operations at ARCOS, where she is responsible for leading the People Operations team. With over 15 years of experience in technology and other industries, Kelly has been a leader in human resources. Before joining ARCOS, Kelly led the human resources function at Dominion Homes where she helped them achieve greater employee satisfaction and company growth. Kelly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Franklin University in Columbus, OH.
Debbie Peterson
VP & Chief of Staff
Debbie Peterson is ARCOS' VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Debbie brings over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, functional roles and company stages from small startups to multinational enterprises. Debbie specializes in catalyzing key people, process and systems improvements to help fuel company growth, innovation and collaboration, particularly in times of rapid change. Debbie has a BS in Marketing from Jacksonville State University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Bret Bolin
Bret Bolin joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016. Mr. Bolin is a member of the private equity Foundation team and serves on Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform. He currently sits on the boards of ARCOS, Granicus, LogicMonitor, Naviga and Poppulo and is an active board observer for Assent and Menlo Security. He was also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Advanced, Allocate, PeopleAdmin, RDC, Tomia, Trintech and Wrike.
Aaron Gupta
Aaron Gupta joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team. Mr. Gupta currently serves on the boards of ARCOS, FLASH and Poppulo. He was also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Allocate, Bullhorn, Lone Wolf, Main Street Hub, PowerSchool, Regulatory DataCorp (RDC), Tomia and Upserve.
Martin Taylor
Martin Taylor joined Vista Equity Partners in 2006. Mr. Taylor is Co-Head of the Foundation Funds and sits on its Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. Taylor serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform. Mr. Taylor currently sits on the boards of AlertMedia, ARCOS, Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS), Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), NAVEX, StarRez, TigerConnect, TripleLift and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT) and has served on numerous other boards during his tenure.
Bonnie Titone
Bonnie Titone, is executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Duke Energy. Her career has spanned IT project management, operations, and portfolio management across diverse industries that include electric and natural gas utilities, automotive, and financial services. At Duke Energy, one of the nation’s largest energy holding companies, Titone leads the company’s information technology operations and infrastructure, cyber and physical security functions, product delivery and support for various business areas, as well as the expanding digital transformation and data optimization strategy.
