His experience spans roles in Call Center, Engineering, Distribution System Operations, Emergency Preparedness, and Work Management Systems. Throughout his career, Michael has played key roles during storm response, serving as a Hazard Responder, Hazard Dispatcher, Damage Assessor, Outage Management Analyst, and in Resource Tracking Process Support. For the past two years, he has served as a Mutual Assistance Unit Leader and was the driving force behind the creation of FirstEnergy's Resource Management Platform. Michael also authored the Standard Operating Guides for both Resource Tracking and Mutual Assistance and represents FirstEnergy in NAMAG, SEE, and GLMA initiatives.

BillBracket Bill has been with Arcos 17 years, and is currently the VP of Product Strategy.
